With a rich background spanning over 20 years in leadership positions in human resources and organizational effectiveness, Kelly Imberman brings her passion for people development to life as a highly skilled leadership coach and pragmatic organizational effectiveness consultant. Known for her strong empathy, deep listening, and judgment-free approach, Kelly creates a customized safe and welcoming space where clients feel understood and supported—and thoroughly challenged. Kelly is a formally trained Co-Active Coach and is certified in both the Hogan Leadership Assessment and Predictive Index, each of which she leverages to help clients gain deeper insights to achieve their goals. Kelly specializes in developing leaders who not only drive performance but also cultivate inspired and resilient communities, all while living authentically and in alignment with their core values.
